Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan at any time to access more features and benefits.

Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden costs. 

Yes! We don’t hold our customers hostage! Once you have paid off the full term of your website contract, the website is all yours. You can then choose to host, manage, and maintain the website on your own. Or, leave it with us at a then-discounted price for our website management services on a month-to-month basis.

Once we have received all the necessary information (i.e., logos, images/videos, and all other essential information), we can deliver your website on average within 2 to 4 weeks.

Any contracts that are terminated before the 24 months, will have a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance, and your website will be terminated. If you wish to cancel your contract and take your website to another hosting provider or website management team, the remaining balance of your contract must be paid in full, and we will package up your website files and transfer them over to you.

Once your contract is up, we have three options for you to choose from.

Option 1: Renew your contract, and get a brand-new design for free. It’s been two years since we first built your website, times have changed, and your brand may have taken a new direction. If this is the case, take advantage of a brand-new design.

Option 2: Automatically move to our month-to-month website management plan for $99. From here, you can enjoy the benefits of having peace of mind knowing that we will actively host and maintain your website. You’ll continue to enjoy unlimited content edits and licensed use of our plugins.

Option 3: We can package up your website files and deliver them over to you to host, manage, and maintain your website moving forward.

Absolutely! Our website subscription service is great because we’ll handle everything for your website. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it for free.
